A Review Paper on Design of Distributed RF MEMS Phase shifter for Aerospace Communication.
Journal Title: INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF ENGINEERING TRENDS AND TECHNOLOGY - Year 2013, Vol 4, Issue 3
Abstract
This paper deals with the RF (Radio Frequency) MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical-System) phase shifter characteristics and importance in the wireless communication system. Also explains the different types of RF Phase shifters using different devices like PIN Diodes and Field-EffectTransistors. It also helps to explain different types of analysis to check the performance of RF phase shifter graphically to show how Pull-in voltage affects on the tip deflection of the switch.

Cost-effective Perturb and Observe MPPT Method using Arduino Microcontroller for a Standalone Photo Voltaic System
There has been tremendous advancements in the field of electronics recently. This had led to the realization of the hardware for the techniques like Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT). Low cost and simplicity are import...
Area Efficient Low Power Compressor Design Using GDI Technique
Compressors are major components of the present multiplier designs. In multipliers maximum amount of power is consumed during the partial product addition. For higher order multiplication, a huge number of adders or comp...
IMAGE STITCHING USING MATLAB
Images are an integral part of our daily lives. Image stitching is the process performed to generate one panoramic image from a series of smaller, overlapping images. Stitched images are used in applications such a...
An Improved Performance of Sensorless PMSM Drive Control with Sliding Mode Observer in Low Speed Operation
The aim of these paper is to realize a sensorless vector control scheme for a non-salient pole PMSM using a state observer of kind “Sliding Mode” for rotor flux position and speed estimation. The proposed scheme of...
Studying Methods of Estimating Heat Generation at Three Different Zones in Metal Cutting: A Review of Analytical models
The temperature rise during machining would severely affects the quality of work as well as tool life, if goes beyond a limit. Prior estimation and control of this temperature rise have always being a thrust area for mac...
