AN EVALUATION METHOD OF BONE MODELING AROUND IMPLANTS

Abstract
A widely discussed factor in the literature regarding implant-prosthetic rehabilitation is the peri-implant bone resorption and conditions for it’s preservation. Different methods and programs are used in order to appreciate bone modeling. A developed method which allows the evaluation in time of the peri-implant bone modeling at the level of bone crest, as well as in the maxillary sinus is proposed in this study.
