Journal Title: Journal of Evolution of Medical and Dental Sciences - Year 2015, Vol 4, Issue 33

Abstract

Sinonasal lymphomas are rare but aggressive malignancies. They are clinically misdiagnosed for granulomatous lesions till the tissue is biopsied and a histopathological confirmation is obtained. We present a case report of a patient with Angiocentric NK/T cell lymphoma of the Nose who underwent wide excision and External Beam Radiotherapy and is disease free on a follow up of 3 years.
