Cateringowe podejście do polityki dywidendy w warunkach polskiego rynku kapitałowego

Abstract
W artykule omówiono problem tzw. cateringowej teorii dywidendy. Za¬prezentowano w nim wyniki wstępnych badań, których celem było sprawdzenie, czy teoria ta może być użyteczna w wyjaśnianiu polityki dywidendy prowadzonej przez spółki notowane na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie. Badanie przeprowadzono, analizując relację między „premią za dywidendę” płaconą przez rynek kapitałowy a liczbą spółek i inicjujących i wypłacających dywidendę.
