Compulsory liability insurance of the energy auditor

Abstract
Following the recommendations of the European Union, we aim to save energy consumption. At the same time we try to reduce carbon emissions. To meet those targets the recommendation of thermo modernization and energy audit were implemented into the business practice. On such background the compulsory civil liability insurance of the energy auditor was introduced. In this paper we analyze the content of this insurance, the risk of auditor work and the energy saving policy.
