Determinants of systemic integration of public administration units' success – case study

Abstract
The objective of article is to present conditionings of systemic integration of organization in view of success achieving through planned strategic aims execu-tion. Results of Case studies researches carried out in 2 revenue offices in West Pomeranian Region have been presented. Based on conducted research specific conditionings of systemic integration have been analyzed. Critical success factors for revenue offices have been determined. Ways of internal integration based on organizational and law solutions result from principles’ implementation of management and Quality Management System PN-ISO 9001 have been presented.
