EEHRP: Energy Efficient Hybrid Routing Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks
Journal Title: INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF ENGINEERING TRENDS AND TECHNOLOGY - Year 2013, Vol 4, Issue 3
Abstract
Due to wide variety of real time applications Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is the hottest research field in the world of computer network. Wireless Sensor Network consists of tiny, autonomous sensor nodes deployed in a remote area to detect, collect and process data and transmit it to the user. In such network nodes are able to move and synchronize with the neighbors. Due to mobility of nodes, network changes dynamically and nodes get added and removed. In this paper, we are going to survey different hybrid routing protocols in WSN. Different hybrid routing protocols perform well in different scenario and their performance is compared based on different metrics. Also, we have proposed Energy Efficient Hybrid Routing Protocol (EEHRP) in WSN

Node Placement for Efficient Coverage in Homogeneous Wireless Sensor Networks
Coverage problems are caused due to the limited communication and sensing range between sensor nodes. The coverage problem casts a result of, how well an area is monitored or tracked by sensors. A good sensor deplo...
A Simple Method For Operating The Three-Phase Induction Motor On Single Phase Supply (For Wye Connection Standard)
This research is purposed to establish a new method is good and simple to operate the 3-phase induction motor on single-phase power by using the capacitors. The research was conducted at the Laboratory of the Electrical...
Design and Analysis of CMOS and Adiabatic 4-Bit Binary Multiplier
The power dissipation becoming a limiting factor in VLSI circuits and systems. Due to relatively high compatibility of VLSI systems used in various applications, the power dissipation in CMOS circuits arises from it’s sw...
Selective Harmonic Elimination by Programmable Pulse Width Modulation in Inverters
The objective of the electric utility is to deliver sinusoidal voltage at fairly constant magnitude throughout their system. This objective is complicated by the fact that there are loads on the system that produ...
An Evolutionary Approach for Optimal Citing and Sizing of Micro-Grid in Radial Distribution Systems
This Paper presents the methodology of penetration of Micro-Grids (MG) in the radial distribution system (RDS). The aim of this paper is to minimize a total real power loss that descends the performance of the radial dis...
