FEATURES OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES OF A BUILD INDUSTRY

Abstract
In the article the role of building industry in the national economy of the country is defined, the modern state of enterprises of building industry is considered, factors that influence on the branch features of building enterprises are reflected; defined and in details characterized the complex of threats, that includes each of the given factors. The existent scientific approaches are analysed for the determination of economic security of enterprise. It is defined that economic security of enterprise is the difficult multiple-valued concept that is suggested to examine from different positions in accordance with the aim of the research. In the article the economic security is defined as the security of activity of the enterprise, its potential, interests, resources; certain state of resources, relations, connections of the dominating subject; system of the measures, directed on providing its competitiveness, firmness, economic interests; abilities of the enterprise to development, self-survival, achievement of certain goals; harmonization of economic interests, etc. Complex vision of the economic security of building enterprise as systems is presented; the features of display are set, key and characteristic features of the economic security of building enterprises are defined, classification of threats of economic security of building enterprise is systematized and generalized, and offers on its providing taking into account branch specifics are developed. Outlined specific of the activity of building enterprises, that allowed to make a conclusion about its complication and ambiguity of definition of the economic security of enterprises of building industry. It is defined, that development of building enterprises in modern conditions is possible to carry out on the basis of the effective management of their economic security. It is suggested in further researches to work out theoretical and methodical principles of assessment of the economic security of building enterprises taking into account a branch specific.
