IMPROVEMENT OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF ENTERPRISE

Abstract

This paper is devoted to the improvement of personnel management system. The subject of research is the process of developing and implementing an effective system of personnel management in the enterprise. The purpose of this article is the analysis of the existing problems concerning the formation, development and improvement of personnel management system. In the article it deals with modern scientific approaches and methods for improving personnel management system in enterprises are considered. The study examined the theoretical approaches to the creation of concepts, formulated the main goal of the personnel management system; the different approaches to constructing a system of personnel management. The analysis of the different classifications of management personnel are considered. To improve personnel management system in the company by the main stages of the introduction of HR and principles are to be followed. For the effective functioning of the personnel management proposed list of methods that can be used in its construction. Using complex methods allow from the different sides to assess and avoid possible system failures. For further development of the personnel management system was developed normative and methodological support system. A well organized system of personnel management will greatly increase the efficiency of employees, production efficiency, which, in turn, provide competitive advantage.
