Institutional and instrumental aspects of microfinance on the case Microfinance Progress

Abstract
In this article was presented microfinance as a phenomenon which in our times has strong development in different regions of the world. Microfinance, identified so far with countries about the rock bottom of the social-economic development, at present are also developing in the developed countries. Micro-finance are regarded today as the innovative, social-economic tool, filling the current gap in the financial market, counteracting the social and financial exclusion. The goal of the article is to present and analysing the attempts at microfinance issues on the European level, particularly the idea, principles and conditions of the European Progress Microfinance Facility.
