INTRAPRENEURSHIP AND ACTIVATION OF ENTERPRISES HIGH-TECH BUSINESS

Abstract

 The necessity of introducing intrapreneur approaches to organizational restructuring of enterprises where there is a need for innovation and high-tech activities. The purpose of this paper is the rationale for the creation of intrapreneur units, in order to achieve sustainability and improve the functioning of the enterprise in the medium and long term. The study was conducted by analyzing the works of our and foreign scientists, which are determined based on the premise purpose algorithm for creating intrapreneur departments. The study proposed a procedure for organizing intrapreneur activities that will enable the company ordered by logical operations better manage economic processes, as it involves the activation of high-tech activities, ensuring the viability of production. Using this model involves changes in the organizational structure of the enterprise, the rational use of labor, intellectual and industrial resources. As a result of the work the author has substantiated the need to ensure adequate infrastructure innovation system (innovation, technological, financial, human resources, information, marketing), as well as the presence of an appropriate regulatory framework. Asked to evaluate the effectiveness of creating intrapreneur unit from the position of the effectiveness of economic decision-making in the implementation of harmonized industrial and trade policies of the enterprise. In connection with this figure, estimating the cost-effectiveness established intrapreneur unit can be used as a criterion of optimality. According to this criterion, there is a selection of the best of the options considered becoming intrapreneur units, but in accordance with the selected program base of the enterprise. Along with the benefits specified in article disadvantages of this model, the main of which is limited scope. Creating intrapreneur units is effective only in certain sectors of production areas of activity where there is a sufficient number of science-based innovation. Therefore, further research are to develop effective ways, extending the range of action adaptation intrapreneurship and its implementation, especially in non-productive sectors of the economy.
