Job satisfaction and counterproductive work behavior among employees of the shipbuilding industry. Case study

Abstract
In contemporary enterprise more and more attention is being paid to human resources as a source of competitive advantage. Hence there is a need to better understand the attitudes of employees and their behaviour in the workplace. In this article results of research on job satisfaction and counter-productive work behaviour of one of the companies in the shipbuilding industry was presented. Results of the study allowed to indicate the factors which should be changed to increase job satisfaction, and to reduce the most common counter-productive behaviour.
