Abstract
The classic approach to the effects of job satisfaction focuses on the impli-cations on the level of work efficiency and the desire to resign and possible actual rotation. The importance of intangibles for creating the value for the company, especially in organizations based on creativity, requires job satisfaction to be treated as determinants of the quality of human capital and relational capital. Job satisfaction is also a measure of human capital management efficiency.
