Innowacyjność Unii Europejskiej i technopolie(wstępna charakterystyka metody wykorzystanej w raporcie Innovation Union Scoreboard)

Abstract
Celem artykułu jest wstępna charakterystyka metody kwantyfikacji poziomu innowacji w Unii Europejskiej. Ramowa analiza dotyczy koncepcji badań poziomu innowacyjności państw Europy oraz wykorzystanych w tym celu kwantyfikatorów, a także przyjętej strategii stratyfikacji w raporcie Innovation Union Scoreboard 2013. Przedstawiono ponadto: wybrane rezultaty pomiaru poziomu innowacyjności, upływ na ten stan MOEP oraz kreatywne rozwiązania technopolis.
