LE DEVELOPPMENT DU SECTEUR ENTREPRENEURIAL ET LE MANAGEMENT DES DISPARITES TERRITORIALES. ETUDE DE CAS: LE DEPARTEMENT GORJ

Abstract
Au coeur du systdme territorial, le secteur entrepreneurial represente la composante la plus dynamique, en restructurant par son Evolution l'espace dans lequel il est insert, par sa capacite diferenciee de valorisation des ressources, par son impact sur l intensity des relations parmi d'autres composantes du systdme. Le repdrage et l'analyse des disparites territoriales se rdalisent & partir des indicateurs statistiques differemment choisis, par le biais de selection et d'analyse : ce faisant, la premiere categorie comprend des indicateurs choisis selon l'objectif de la demarche afin de mieux surprendre la realite territoriale. La solution de ces dysfonctionnements se realise par le biais des strategies appropriees de management territorial s'appuyant sur le diagnostic du territoire au niveau nano structurel, par des analyses interdisciplinaires.
