LOGISTIC SYSTEM OF CO-ORDINATION OF CHAINS OF SUPPLY OF MODERN CORPORATIONS

Abstract
The article is devouted for organization of coordination of logistic chains of supply of modern industrial corporations and partnership and cooperation between the systems of difficult chains. Modern a situation testifies that today at the market the separately taken not enterprises, but whole chains of deliveries, that show a soba the logistic systems, that embrace suppliers, producers, mediators and salespeople, are integrated, compete successfully. For this reason research of the modern going appears the aim of work near integration and coordination of chains of supply in the difficult logistic systems of industrial corporations. The methodological base of this work is presented by positions of economic theory in relation to a recreation and development of logistic chains of supply of industrial corporations and their cooperation in the difficult logistic systems, modern theoretical acquisitions from the theory of management the logistic industrial systems and their coordination in the chains of supply. In the process of research the methods of logic, empiric methods of cognition of logistic mechanisms of coordination of chains, were used. Research results showed possibility to configuration of chains of supply on soil of partner relations among enterprise structures. At domestic industrial corporations a production comes forward in the center of forming of modern chains of supply, a most lack of that is an insufficient orientation on consumer demand. Efficiency of chains of this class is limited to the low level of the productivity of separate links. An ap-plication of results domain consists in co-ordination of connections between the chains of supply apeak and the horizontally integrated enterprise structures. To the conclusions works belong such: the Ukrainian metallurgical companies give advantage to vertical integration both in the direction of source of raw materials and in direction of approaching to the consumers, markets of production distribution; the personal touches of "consumer" integration of the metallurgical Ukrainian enterprises are: modernization and expansion of productive capacities at the national market; consolidation of niches of metallurgical enterprises is abroad with the aim of shorting to the chain of crea-tion of cost of rent from a metal; aspiration to develop the trading companies with the aim of approaching to the consumer of products.
