LOGISTICS PRINCIPLES OF TRADE ENTERPRISE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE BUILDING

Abstract
The subject of the article is the principles of trade enterprise organizational structure building. The aim of the article is to study the theoretical base and logial principles of trade enterprise organizational structure building. The efficiency of management determines the accuracy of the research methods selection, in the article there were considered the logistics principles of trade enterprise organizational structure building. The effective performance of commercial enterprise is provided by the following logistics principles of trade enterprise organizational structure building. Logistics principles of the organizational structure building were developed on the base of combination the organizational principles of logistics. It was suggested that such principles as the foundation for change and responding to change are the current stage of enterprise to try to achieve competitive advantages in the market. The proposed logistic principles of the organizational structure of commercial enterprise responde the principles of consistency and complexity management, what ensure effective enterprise management, high rates of growth and competitiveness. The algorithm of the process of the trade enterprise organizational structure building and identifies factors is developed. This is important for building the competitive commercial enterprise efficient organizational structure.
