Management in design-orientated companies

Abstract

 The XXIst century is the age, when the world of business can’t ignore the strategic changes and prospects in technology and in organizational behavior. This is also time, when many people discern, there are more discussion about the ways of management then real action. Therefore, managers start to pay attention on design, that is a new field in business interest. Nowadays, it is one of the most fundamental way of form, structure and business management. The report highlights the issue of design, problems with its identification and a role of design manager in modern business.
