METODE RADIOGRAFICE UTILIZATE ÎN PARODONTITE MARGINALE CRONICE

Abstract
Analizând 100 de ortopantomograme de la pacienții cu boala parodontală, cu vârste cuprinse între 31 și 61 de ani, inclusiv 61 femei şi 39 bărbaţi, s-a urmărit scopul de a evalua modificările radiografice ale substratului tisular în parodontite marginale cronice în baza ortopantomografiei. Tabloul radiologic a pus în evidenţă diferite forme de resorbţie: mixtă – în 44%, orizontală – în 37% şi verticală în – 19% din cazuri. Indicele osal Fuchs diferă în funcție de gradul de gravitate a maladiei: în forma uşoară el constituie 0,71, în cea medie – 0,47, în forma gravă – 0,28.
