MORBIDITY BY DENTAL-MAXILLARY ANOMALIES THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

Abstract
The incidence of dental-maxillary anomalies in the Republic of Moldova is increasing, the previously performed studies lead to the implementation of deeper studies when revealing the dental-maxillary anomalies with the determination of the predisposing factors for the onset of dental-maxillary anomalies. The purpose of the paper: assessment of the epidemiologic analysis of dental-maxillary anomalies depending on the territorial regions of the Republic of Moldova. Material and methods:This article presents the results of the descriptive study, based on 1710 questionnaires. The special part of the questionnaire included he revealing of the dental-maxillary anomalies depending on the three reference plans (sagittal, vertical and transversal). The examined children are pupils from the schools of the republic; the age of the respondents was from 6 to 18 years. This study has covered three development regions of the country: North, Center and South, the stratification of respondents was performed based on mathematical formulas induced by the previously studied frequency.
