Performance Analysis of 2D Photonic Crystal Optical Not Logic Gate
Journal Title: International Journal of Engineering Sciences & Research Technology - Year 30, Vol 3, Issue 10
Abstract
The work presented in this paper potrays the working of NOT logic gate which is implemented using the 2D photonic crystal instead of using conventional semiconductor devices. The gate fabricated is implemented on a air wafer of 12µm x 12µm.The dielectric used is silicon to fabricate the rods of the radius =0.2a where ‘a’ is the lattice constant taken as 0.11886µm.The refractive index of silicon= 3.39.The square lattice of gate implemented is simulated on the wavelength of 1.7µm using finite difference time domain method using the tool opti FDTD.
RESEARCH ON OPTIMIZATION MODEL OF THE LINKAGE TOU TARIFF UNDER THE MODE OF CHINA ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEM
Under China's current power system mode, the current TOU tariff is mostly considered and formulated from the sale side or the generation side, TOU tariff of the linkage in generation side and the sale side has not...
FACIAL EMOTION RECOGNITION USING GABOR (HAPPY, SAD, ANGER, NEUTRAL MOOD)
The best way to communicate the emotions and intentions is facial expressions. This is powerful because as per the psychological research 55% of the total communicated message is the human facial expression. Therefore de...
ANALYSIS OF GEAR PAIR CONTACT TO PRIDICT EFFICIENCY
Gear pair is higher pair point contact is under the stress. Due to that point contact get converted into line contact. Deformation due to contactlosses some energy during meshing of gear is generally neglected, but so m...
