RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS AND NEWEST TENDENCIES IN THE DESIGN OF MIOKARDIAL DISFUNCTIONS

Abstract
Cardiac insufficiency – one of main reasons of morbidity and death rate in Ukraine. For deep research of this problem the study of etiology and pathogeny of cardiac insufficiency is needed in the modern world. It results in the necessity of development of new methods of researches. To date for the design of acute and chronic cardiac insufficiency surgical, pharmacological models are widely used. Description of the most known models and their comparison is resulted in this article.
