Społeczno-organizacyjne aspekty ryzyka w zarządzaniu projektami

Abstract
W niniejszym opracowaniu zdiagnozowano te czynniki ryzyka w zarządzaniu projektami, które pochodzą z rozwiązań organizacyjnych przedsiębiorstwa oraz jego kultury organizacyjnej. Syntetycznie scharakteryzowano zarządzanie projektami, przeprowadzono diagnozę potencjalnych ryzyk mogących się pojawić podczas projektu — zagłębiono się w te obszary rozwiązań organizacyjnych i zarządzania ludźmi, które mogą stać się źródłem porażek i niepowodzeń przy zarządzaniu projektami. Postawiono tezę, że źródłem problemów niosących ryzyko są ludzie ze względu na opór jaki stawiają, brak motywacji, konflikty na tle współzależności pracy i wiele innych, natomiast wartości, zasady oraz rozwiązania organizacyjne mogą te problemy niwelować lub wyostrzać. Wskazano na sposoby i metody zarządzania niwelujące ryzyko w tym obszarze.
