THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LABOUR RESOURCES MOTIVATION OF THE ENTERPRISES OF SANATORIUM-RESORT COMPLEX

Abstract

The article describes and analyzes the theories of motivation, approaches to improving the efficiency of use of labour potential of enterprises of sanatorium-resort complex, the use of modern motivational mechanisms of labour, the ways of further improvement and implementation in practice by the enterprises of sanatorium-resort complex of advanced experience of developed countries with regard to the peculiarities of the national economy. In the conditions of formation of market economy, the organizations face the need to work in a new way, considering the laws of the market, as well as taking into account all the components of the human factors (economic, psychological, social ones). In this regard, the contribution of each employee to the results of the company increases .In new conditions of development of new forms of property, the problem that remains unsolved is the one of search for efficient ways of managing labor by strengthening the human factor through motivation. For the development of labour potential of enterprises of sanatorium-resort complex there were developed practical actions, the main of which are the following: the creation of proper conditions for expanded reproduction of labor potential, especially professional and intellectual development; creating opportunities for effective use of this potential through an appropriate economic base, the introduction of the system of work incentives, ensuring of working conditions and the implementation of social guarantees for staff that will create conditions for the improvement of all the parameters of the formation of labor potential. Motivational elements in the structure of mechanism of increase of efficiency of use of labour potential of the enterprises of sanatorium-resort complex should become direct components of the state policy aimed at stimulating individual investments in the human capital; as well as at ensuring compliance of quality of the labour force structural changes in society; ongoing training of managerial personnel.
