PROTECTIVE INVESTMENT FOR THE QUASI-RENT KEEPING IN THE TIME OF KNOW-HOW ADAPTATION

Abstract
The subject of the article is development of the methods which stimulate the life cycle of the invention that guarantees superprofit to the owner of the new technology. The purpose of the article is internal and external factor determination which has negative influence for the know-how relevance in the time laps. It essential to develop methods that stimulate the life cycle of the invention, which guarantees superprofit to the owner of the new technology. According to the complex research it was adapted empirical and theoretical methods. There were system of knowledge analysis, synthesis, comparison, concrete definition, problem statement, hypothesis formulization, generalization, modeling, induction and deduction which were actively used. Results of the research is determination of conditions which provided the maximum period of business idea’s competitiveness and profitability, suggestion of several methods which guarantee terms protection for quasi-rent receiving from invention embodiment. Concerning to the research there are such scopes of application as «International investment management», «International project management». Conditions for the know-how owner’s enrichment are provided according to the own production with daughter companies and its linear-functional structure. It is suggested to use «protective investment» to create the own production and raw materials regulation. For the raw materials’ market regulation it is necessary to invest in such methods of production as strategic deposits buying, intervention to the raw material world market with the dumping prices to stabilize it, issuing the future contract for the raw materials buying, cooperation and partners within the frameworks of subcontracting with own deposits and raw materials producers, developing government-private mechanism to guarantee raw materials supplying for the native producers of the modern goods with help of the know-how patent realization
