THE FORMATION OF MECHANISM OF ECONOMIC SECURITY MODERN ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract
The article discusses the basic principles of the ensuring economic security mechanism formation, analyzes the problems that arise in the process of making this mechanism. The structural elements of the mechanism to ensure the economic security of the modern enterprise are identified. There are outlined the purpose and objectives of the mechanism for ensuring economic security which comprises in ensuring efficiency measures economic security of interacting entities, increasing efficiency and pace of economic activity. The basic ways to increase the efficiency of management of the company in this area are suggested. The article defines the concept of organizational and economic mechanisms to ensure economic security, which should be understood by an ordered set of principles, methods, techniques and tools that provide sequence control of economic security. The process of the formation mechanism of ensuring economic security is presented. It is noted that an effective mechanism to ensure economic security based on internal structural interdepend-ence services and business units that develop and make managerial decisions. This mechanism must be created within a single organizational structure. Therefore it is suggested to organize a subsystem (departments, services) to ensure eco-nomic security, in the article. It is indicated the necessity of separation mechanism to ensure economic security for its im-plementation stages: stage of formation of organizational and economic mechanisms to ensure economic security, the stage of analyzing the information obtained from a group of experts, the final stage of evaluating the impact of each measure for economic security component. The structure of a mechanism to ensure the economic security of domestic enterprises is given in the article.
