Участие гуманитарных организаций в восстановлении инфраструктуры республик бывшей Югославии в постконфликтный период (вторая половина 1990-х – начало 2000-х гг.)

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the activity of humanitarian organizations in former Yugoslav republics, in the reconstruction period, post ethno-religious conflicts. Peace consolidation process has advanced in several directions, marked in particular by the issue of rebuilding social infrastructure and removal of the mines left after military conflicts. Subsequently, has advanced the restoration of dwellings, reconstruction of cultural and humanitarian sectors. In the process of peace-building, humanitarian organizations collaborated with local and international institutions – in order to obtain financial assistance from donor countries, their humanitarian work being combined with the work of protection of Human Rights.
