UNELE MĂSURI DE URGENŢĂ ÎN ENDODONŢIA PRACTICĂ

Abstract
Unul din cele mai mari progrese în stomatologia modernă a fost atins în endodonţie, care manifestă simptomul de bază – doloritatea. O organizare corectă a urgenţelor stomatologice în bolile pulpei şi ţesutului periapical vor include obligatoriu un şir de măsuri. Diagnosticarea cu stabilirea an amnesticului general şi stomatologic, evoluţia clinică şi manifestările temporale, intensitatea durerii, investigaţiile clinice şi fizice (palparea, percuţia, testele diagnostice: de temperatură, încălzire, răcire, electrometric) vor fi obligatorii. Unicul simptom în regiunea maxilo-faciala poate fi edemul. Tratamentul de urgenţă în endodonţie va urma trei regulii: 1. Tratamentul va fi efectuat doar după confirmarea diagnosticului. 2. Mai bine nu se va trata, decât să se trateze incorect. 3. La apariţia dubiilor diagnostice, va fi obligatorie consultaţia altor stomatologi. În urgenţa endodontică principala procedură de tratament va fi cea simptomatică.
