Abstract
The operational objectives are concrete jobs which are established by working on the object of study, starting with the school programme and the geography handbook which will be finalized into measurable and noticeable behaviours. The succes of a geography lesson imperative imposes the dimension and correct wording of the operational objectives and a preliminary preparation of the teacher. The operalization of the objectives is made after certain rules (procedures, prescriptions) and models of operalization. The most known are the models elaborated by R. M. Gagne, G. de Landsheere, R.F. Mager (Mayer). Landsheere‘s and R.F. Mager (Mayer)‘s models have a more orientative, theoretical, of immediate concretization of the performances in school, to evade as possible as it can be the aparition of some possible traps in wording the operational objectives.
