Źródła i konsekwencje zaangażowania pracowników

Abstract
Nie ulega wątpliwości, że w sytuacji, kiedy to o sukcesie organizacji decyduje innowacyjność, wydajność i konkurencyjność firmy poszukują i cenią pracowników kreatywnych, oddanych swojej pracy, pełnych energii, entuzjazmu i ciągle rozwijających się pracowników. Dbałość o wzajemne relacje i zaangażowanie pracowników staje się więc nie tyle elementem dbałości o wizerunek pracodawcy, ale warunkiem wpływającym na ostateczne rezultaty przedsiębiorstwa. Celem artykułu jest analiza kategorii zaangażowania w kontekście identyfikacji jego następstw oraz określenia czynników determinujących tę kategorię.
