НЕОБХОДИМОСТЬ СОЦИАЛЬНО-ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ПОДДЕРЖКИ БЕЗРАБОТНЫХ В РЫНОЧНЫХ УСЛОВИЯХ

Abstract
Change of an economic situation in Azerbaijan and introduction to the sphere of work of the market relations have radically changed position of the hired worker, have caused emergence of unemployment, and together with her new problems of a social and psychological order. Proceeding from it in article are considered change of position of the hired worker in Azerbaijan after acquisition of the state independence; the existing problems of social and psychological support of the unemployed in Azerbaijan; need of social and psychological support of the unemployed for conditions without the guaranteed employment; the recommendations submitted on improvement of works of the employment services on social and psychological support of the unemployed are provided.
