"NETLESSFOBIA" STAY IN CONNECTION OR NOT THAT IS THE ALL FEAR: FEAR OF BEING WITHOUT INTERNET AND ORGANIZATIONAL REFLECTIONS

Abstract
With technological advances occurring in the 21st century and Post modernizing communication concept sociological structure emerges which developed under the guidance of social media and the Internet. This change in the field of communication and culture as well as in all areas, constitute the fundamental changes in society. Occurring with these parameters, reveals the psychological and sociological problems and neuroses. In this study, "the fear of being without internet" which named as Netlessfobia discussed theoretically. This fear that puts forward, situations should arise in organizations is discussed theoretically in all aspects.
