NEUROCOGNITIVE AND SOCIAL-CULTURAL ASPECTS OF DEVELOPING THE CHILD’S LANGUAGE

Abstract

In the article, the social-cultural aspects are tackled concerning the development of a language in the process of initial education of a child in connection with conditions for learning in terms of neuro-cognitivism and social communication. Linguistic competences are of multi-aspect nature and cover, first of all, speaking, reading and writing in a mother tongue and a foreign one as well. Basics of a language remain in a close connection with a methodology of shaping defined skills and definitions connected therewith, proper for the child – as an object of education in a kindergarten and then on the level of first years of education in a comprehensive school. Linguistic education is strictly connected with cultural education and thus, educational aspects take a large meaning, including patriotic and artistic. These and other issues are treated by the author of the article as a challenge towards the competences of children and the system of them being prepared for the profession in a high school or in the course of professional practice. In the final part of the study, junction desiderata were exposed towards modern linguistic education of children.
