Journal Title: Медицинский альманах - Year 2016, Vol 2, Issue 2

Abstract

The study involved 226 children with perinatal damages of CNS hypoxic-ischemic cerebral ischemia by type. According to the classification of the severity of cerebral ischemia, children were divided into 3 groups. The first group consisted of 88 newborns of light (I) degree of CI, the second group consisted of 78 newborns with moderate (II degree), the third included 60 newborns with severe (III degree) CI. The control group consisted of 50 comparable with them on the floor in healthy infants born as a result of normal pregnancy and childbirth. While studying the lipid profile of infants with CI was found that total cholesterol level was above the age norms in all three groups in the first day of life. Hypertriglyceridemia is set at one-third of children with CI, whereas it occurred in 5% of cases in the control group. Atherogenic factor in neonates with TI exceeds the established standards. Neonates undergoing ante- and / or intrapartum hypoxia, marked a significant transformation of lipid metabolism lead to changes in the composition of plasma lipids blood and red blood cells with the accumulation level of chaotropic fractions of phospholipid bilayer membranes of red blood cells - Lizoform phospholipids and free fatty acids.
