Pathogenetic basics of therapy of post-surgical transit corneoconjunctival xerosis

Abstract
The article presents the dynamics of clinical manifestations, immunological and inflammatory parameters of tear fluid of patients suffering from postoperative transient corneal conjunctival xerosis with the combined application of derinat, emoksipin and stillavit accompanied by traditional therapy postoperative transient corneal conjunctival xerosis. Revealed that this scheme improves the function of lacrimal glands and immunological resistance of tear fluid, increasing the activity factor of the local immune protection and changed IL4, helps to prevent postoperative inflammatory complications.
