Anomaly of Pelger-Huet

Abstract

The article provides a brief overview of the clinical case and a clinical event of the Pelger-Hyuet anomaly. Pelger-Hyuet anomaly is an inherited or acquired disorders of nuclei segmentation of leukocytes. Itis revealed by a careful microscopic examination of blood smear and it often has no clinical manifestations. Here we have described a clinical case when the elderly patient was diagnosed on the basis of laboratory data - transient anomaly of leucocytes on the background of a crisis of hypertension.
