Antiretroviral therapy: approach to the treatment and real practice of appointment in the course of HIV-infected patients treatment

Abstract
The article presents the results of the study medication regimen in clinical practice, treatment of HIV-infected patients and a comparative analysis of the data obtained from international and national guidelines regarding antiretroviral therapy. The results of the study suggest that the part of the destination in the selected groups and in Part INN designated PM does not always correspond to the drug therapy, the recommended documents. The study determines the need to explore the views of professionals working with HIV-infected patients on the selection and appointment of drug therapy, and the development of approaches to rational choice, purpose and use of antiretroviral drugs.
