Abstract
The state of «dysbiosis» at the stage of squamous intraepithelial lesions of high degree (HSIL) are associated with local immune impairment. Dysbiosis, being a facilitating factor, is not a direct cause of development and progression of cervical neoplasia, but against decrease in local immune protection, both for a biota imbalance and for progression of the neoplastic processes of the cervix, associated with HPV infection, are created.
