NEW IDEAS OF THE DRIVING FORCES OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND THE COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS OF THE FUTURE PROFESSIONALS

Abstract
The article states that the most characteristic features that define the tomorrows economics, is the computerization of society, globalization of economic relations, the increasing role of the human capital at the industry. The role of intellectual capital as a source of wealth growth and the factors of influence on the globalization of economic relations on the operating conditions of economic entities are shown. The argument of a role and a place of human, intellectual capital in a circulation of the capital of the enterprise under the conditions of the expanded reproduction are stressed. It is emphasized that the changes in modern concepts of the theoretical foundations of the economy and the practice of their realization actualize the problem of professional trainings, increasing their competencies in accordance with the requirements of the future economy.
