NEW STATEMENT OF CONCRETE STUDIES OPTIMIZATION PROBLEMS

Abstract
Civil engineering people differentiate between «process» and «design» approaches to problem solution. In the former case process engineers assign composition and process parameters without due consideration of material working terms in structure, whereas in the latter case designers calculate articles issuing from material normalized characteristics, without due consideration of its composition and manufacturing peculiarities of articles. Such an approach to solution of civil engineering problems may be called differentiated. On the contrary, integrated approach presupposes determination of composition and process parameters issuing from the integrity of requirements not only to material properties with due consideration of article manufacturing process, but to the properties of structure to making of which the material is intended. We formulated the problem of concrete mix formulating optimization issuing from a complex of requirements to concrete mix properties, article manufacturing process, as well as of consumption proportioning of concrete mix components, structure dimensions and its reinforcement. It is emphasized that the integrated approach meets the moist efficient solution of the backbone problem of building materials science – obtaining building materials and articles with prescribed set of properties under optimal expense of feed materials and utilities.
