Abstract
Autorzy przedstawiają 21 -letniego chorego z niepełnym zwrotem jelit z objawami przewlekłej niedrożności górnego odcinka przewodu pokarmowego i trudności diagnostyczne. Rozstrzygającym badaniem była TK jamy brzusznej z kontrastem. Po operacji sposobem Ladda chory został wyleczony.<br/><br/>
