Niestabilność nadgarstka w reumatoidalnym zapaleniu stawów:

Abstract
Nadgarstek jest drugą co do częstości okolicą kończyny górnej dotkniętą przez reumatoidalne zapalenie stawów. Dlatego ważne jest właściwe postępowanie mające poprawić funkcję ręki oraz zmniejszyć dolegliwości bólowe. Prezentujemy klasyfikację, która opiera się na naturalnym rozwoju zmian w obrębie nadgarstka. Wyróżniamy trzy możliwości: ankylozę, spontaniczną artrodezę oraz niestabilność. W trzecim typie, oprócz wykonania synowektomii oraz często resekcji głowy kości łokciowej, równie ważne jest uzyskanie poprawy stabilności poprzez wykonanie artrodez częściowych lub całkowitej.
