NIEZASTOSOWANIE SIĘ DO ZNAKU LUB SYGNAŁU DROGOWEGO – ANALIZA ART. 92 K.W.

Abstract
Rozdział XI Kodeksu wykroczeń z dnia 20 maja 1971 roku [8], noszący tytuł „Wykroczenia przeciwko bezpieczeństwu i porządkowi w komunikacji”, dotyczy czynów zabronionych, mogących mieć miejsce w ruchu drogowym. Wśród nich można wyróżnić wykroczenia naruszające bezpieczeństwo w komunikacji. W artykule omówiono istotę prawną wykroczenia polegającego na niezastosowaniu się do znaku lub sygnału drogowego (artykuł 92 Kodeksu wykroczeń). Dodatkowo przedstawiono wyniki badań własnych, mających na celu sprawdzenie stosowalności tego przepisu w praktyce.
