Non-formal and informal education in the formation of the culture of lawfulness in the context of crime prevention in Ukraine.

Abstract
The actual state of the modern non-formal and informal educational practices in Ukraine that are focused on the formation of the culture of lawfulness has been examined in the article. Such approach is determined by the prominent place of the educational system in the indicated process which is the key component of crime prevention captured in the international legal acts and confirmed by the experience of many countries. The at- tention is focused on such types of education as non-formal and informal, considering the crisis of the formal education in Ukraine and the process time of its reformation.
