Non-functioning Pituitary Macroadenoma: various clinical presentations in general medicine: A case series

Abstract

Authors describe diagnosis of pituitary adenoma on the background of various clinical presentations in four patients of different ages and sex with proper endocrine and imaging evaluation. Three of them were newly diagnosed and one patient was of known acromegaly with post operative transsphenoidal resection who presented with cardiovascular complication.
