NORMATIVE AND LEGAL PROVISION OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MAIN ASPECTS OF ANALYTICAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the normative-legal support for the implementation of the main aspects of analytical activity. The author’s vision of the aspects of the implementation of analytical activities is provided. The Ukrainian legislation is analyzed which rules directly or indirectly regulate certain aspects of analytical activity in the field of information relations. A detailed review of each individual legal act in this area has been carried out.
