NORMATIVELY-LEGAL REGULATION OF LICENSING OF MEDICAL PRACTICE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article studies the legal regulation of licensing of medical practice in Ukraine. The analysis of legislative acts that regulate the procedure for issuing licenses in the field of medical practice in Ukraine is being carried out. The procedure for obtaining a license for medical practice has been studied. The documents, which are submitted for obtaining a license, and the terms of their consideration are named. The licensing body was determined, the grounds for refusing to obtain a license and leaving the application without consideration. The proposals of scientists to improve the procedure for issuing licenses in the field of medical practice are presented and systematized.
