Notarization of a civil contract on alienation property as a way to protect title

Abstract
The article investigates notarization of civil contracts on alienation of property as a way of protecting property rights. The basic scientific studies on the means to protect the violated rights and interests of civil law relative features and notarization of the contract on alienation of property, which were carried out within the domestic and foreign legal science and current legislation of Ukraine on this issue. It is concluded that the notarization of civil contracts on alienation of property is an important way to protect property rights and an important guarantee of the legitimate rights and interests of the property owner and other stakeholders. The author proposes to improve certain provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine the procedures notarization of contracts on alienation of property for the purpose of the fullest protection of the rights and interests of the parties of such agreements and other stakeholders.
