Abstract
Les donn?es personnelles ou donn?es nominatives sont en principe prot?g?es par la loi, cependant d?autres donn?es qui peuvent le devenir, par leur recueil ? travers divers sources, posent probl?me. Il s?agit du Big Data. A la suite de la r?volution num?rique et le d?veloppement rapide de la technologique qui en r?sulte, il est apparu au cours des derni?res ann?es, le concept de Big Data qu\'? met en cause les gouvernements, les institutions universitaires et commerciales, ce ph?nom?ne a contribu? ? la croissance du volume des donn?es et de la diversit?. Au Maroc, la loi 09-08 relative ? la protection des personnes physiques ? l??gard du traitement des donn?es ? caract?re personnel vise ? prot?ger les citoyens contre l\'utilisation excessive et irresponsable de leurs donn?es par des organismes priv?s ou publics. Dans ce document on essaye de confronter le ph?nom?ne ?Big Data? avec la l?gislation relative ? la protection des personnes physiques ? l??gard du traitement des donn?es ? caract?re personnel, et soulever par la suite les enjeux juridiques qui en r?sultent.
