Novels of the doctrinal basis of the constitutional law’s systematization research

Abstract
The author concludes that in recent years, researchers have intensified systematization of legislation – experts in legal theory. An example of this are analyzed in the dissertation research R.H. Galiuk “Systematics of Ukrainian law: concept and types” and L.M. Dobroboh “Laws of the origin, development and operation of the complex field of law as part of the legal system”. Revealed the possibility of using the works cited authors to address topical issues of systematization of constitutional law in Ukraine, because the study of the problems of systematization of constitutional law remain isolated and exist predominantly in the form of articles in scientific journals.
